Last week we released our new California AnnualPrecipitation (CAP) and California Reservoir Annual Forecast Tool (CRAFT) forecasts for the 2025–26 water year. With those now in customers’ hands, we’re shifting our focus to preparations for the Association of California Water Agencies (ACWA) Fall Conference, December 2–4 in San Diego.
